Granite Clover Self Storage is committed to providing the highest level of customer service. Listed below are the answers to some of the most common questions we hear regarding self storage. General Questions
What is the difference between a standard and a climate controlled storage unit?
A standard unit has access from the outside. Climate controlled units are inside
a building and are kept within a temperature range to protect sensitive items
such as electronics, records, china, or antique furniture
What are your office hours?
Our office hours vary slightly depending on which facility you store at. However,
all are open Monday – Friday until at least 5 PM and Saturdays until at least 3 PM
Do you offer drive- up storage units?
Yes, all of our standard storage units at all of our facilities are drive-up units so it is
easy to move into and out of them from your car or truck.
What kind of access will I have to my storage unit?
You will have 24/7 access to any of our standard storage units at any of our facilities.
Access to our climate controlled units inside of our buildings is the same as our
office hours – check with each facility for exact times.
Do you offer outdoor parking space for rent for campers, boats, cars, etc?
Yes we do, but space is limited. Please call us for rates and availability.
Do you offer month to month storage agreements?
Yes, we do! We also offer the option of signing a 6 or 12 month agreement.

Do you have trucks available to rent to get my things from my house to storage?
Yes, we are an authorized Budget Truck Rental dealership. Please call us for

Do you have people available to help me move my things into storage?
Yes, but it needs to be arranged for in advance. College Bound Movers can

Does Granite Clover Self Storage have boxes and packing supplies that I can purchase?
Yes, we offer a wide range of boxes and supplies to pack your stored items in. Please
see our supplies page for a complete list of what we offer.
Security
What is an “on-site” manager?
An on site manager is someone that lives on the facility property. Our Pembroke
facility has an on-site manager.
Do you have video cameras?
Yes, all of our sites have some type of camera system in place. For more details,
please call us at (603)229-1707.
Is there an access gate that I need a PIN number for?
Both of our Nashua and Amherst facilities have access gates that a PIN number
is required for outside of our office hours.
Do I need to lock my storage unit?
Yes, regardless of what type of storage unit you have, you will need your own lock.
We recommend a disc lock for security purposes, which we sell along with other

Selecting Unit
What sizes are available?
We offer units starting at an economical 5x5 all the way up to a spacious 10x30. Please
call us at (603)229-1707 for rates and availability.
How do I pick a size?
Please see our “pick your size “ feature on our home page for some general guidelines. If you need additional
assistance, call us at (603)229-1707 and we will be more than happy to help!
Can I book a reservation for a storage unit?
Yes, you can! We will take a reservation for a storage unit up to 30 days in advance.
Payment
Do you offer automatic payment deduction from a credit card?
Yes, we can automatically charge your Visa/MC/AmEx card on the first of the month
so you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay your rent.
When is my rent due?
Rent is automatically due on the first of every month.
Can I pay my storage bill online?
Yes, just go to “account login”
